They described the report as 'fake news' - which said that only half of Ryanair and Teletext Holidays customers on package holidays who had their trip cancelled due to the pandemic would book with them again.

The consumer group asked 4,000 holidaymakers who weren't able to go ahead with their package between March 2020 and February 2021 to see whether they would book again with the same travel firm in future, reports Birmingham Live.
