Ryan Tubridy has spoken candidly about the personal journey he has been on since jumping into the Late Late Show hot seat some 11 years ago.

The radio and TV broadcaster admits he’s changed a lot in recent years, shrugging off the ‘notions’ he adopted with his high profile position back in the day.
