Ryan Thomas still feels sorry for Roxanne Pallett, after she fraudulently accused him of assaulting her in the Celebrity Big Brother house five years ago.

In the latest episode of his family podcast Mancs on the Mic, co-hosted with brothers Adam Thomas, who is currently competing on Strictly Come Dancing, and Scott Thomas, the 39 year old soap star looked back on that devastating experience. "I wanted to be the first in and the first out, I was so nervous going into that show because it's the first time I'm showing me for me and I knew that the cameras were on me 24/7, that's quite a daunting thing to go through," Ryan said of the 2018 reality series.
