Ryan Reynolds has revealed that he made sure a tribute to co-star Rob Delaney’s late son was included in the credits of Deadpool & Wolverine.Delaney plays Deadpool’s friend and X-Force team member Pete Wisdom in the hit box office film, as he did in the previous instalment Deadpool 2, and now Reynolds has opened up about the emotionally poignant message that is included in the film’s closing credits.Writing on Instagram, Reynolds said: “There’s more to Rob Delaney than some realize.
He’s one of the most subversively funny people I know. He’s a beautiful, acerbic and vulnerable writer. If you stayed through the credits of Deadpool & Wolverine, you might notice a credit saying, ‘For Henry Delaney.’ Henry was Rob’s son.
And Rob lost his little boy to a brain tumor in 2018.
