Since signing for Rangers, Kent has been linked with a number of clubs south of the border with Leeds United reportedly keen to sign the winger when Marcelo Bielsa was in charge at Elland Road.Now, former Rangers defender Alan Hutton told Football Insider the risk that Leeds could be relegated from the English Premier League to the Championship should be a factor in his decision to leave Glasgow.
Hutton was asked if Kent would be interested should Leeds drop down a division, he replied: "I would not if it was me. I can only talk from my point of view and when I left Rangers I would not have wanted to leave playing in the Champions League or European competitions to go to a team in the Championship."I have got a feeling that he wants to stay.
