While we’re still coming up with ways to hide our grey hairs, Ruth Langsford is showing off her new do as UK salons reopen. The TV host debuted new, lighter coloured locks and, if you ask us, she looks all set for summer.

The 61-year-old took to Instagram to showcase her new ‘do which is a much brighter and lighter shade of blonde than her usual golden tone and could hardly contain her excitement.

In one post, Ruth shared a clip of her hairdresser blow-drying her hair and announced that she was ‘so happy’ to be able to hit refresh on her hair and get her nails done in one day.
