New details are emerging about the tragic incident that took place on the set of Rust last week. On Tuesday (October 21), cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed after a prop gun fired by Alec Baldwin struck her.
The actor was not aware the gun was loaded while he was rehearsing for a scene. According to a new report in Variety, a crew member who worked with first assistant director Dave Halls on a previous film claims he warned producers about him being “cavalier” about set safety.
