Halloween is a big deal in the UK, and even the Royal Family are fans. But unlike us regular folk, there's a strict rule that stops them from celebrating this spooky holiday in public.
Prince William and Kate Middleton, along with their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, do celebrate Halloween, but they do it privately at home.
Even though Queen Elizabeth doesn't mind a bit of Halloween fun, a rule was put in place by Alexandrina Victoria, who was queen from 1837 to 1901.
She said that all things related to October 31 should be handled with class and sophistication, according to royal expert Christina Reeves.This means that the royals should always behave well and respect themselves when they're in public, which includes not dressing up for Halloween.
