A lot has gone wrong for Manchester United so far this season, a lot of it self-inflicted. The degradation of the side in the opening games has been concerning and completely zapped all the optimism that was built over Erik ten Hag's first season in charge.
The team has seemingly gone back to its default setting of frail, undisciplined and lacklustre. But a lot of the early struggles have been down to injuries.
