Ross Barkley believes the new social distancing rules are helping substitutes make more of an impact. Chelsea midfielder Barkley believes the subs being forced to sit in the stands as part of Project Restart can help them get more of an overall picture of the game rather than being stuck in the dug-out at ground level.
