Ronnie Wood's kids were 'very 'worried' about the rocker as he fought cancer for the second time in five years, his ex-wife has revealed.
The Rolling Stones legend, 73, was treated for small cell cancer in lockdown after first beating beat lung cancer in 2017. Ronnie's former wife, the model Jo Wood, said it was lucky that doctors caught his latest illness so quickly as she told how the musician was making progress with his recovery.
The pair were married from 1985 until 2011 and share children Jamie, 46, Leah, 42, and Tyrone, 37. Jo told The Sun: "I’m very proud of him.
I think they caught it early as he has a history of cancer in his family. ‘It was very worrying, especially for the kids. But he’s much better.
