Roku Channel To Stream ‘This Time Next Year’ Rom-Com Starring Lucien Laviscount For Free Ahead Of Valentine’s Day

10, just in time for Valentine’s Day. The streaming platform acquired the U.S. rights to the movie after Signature Entertainment secured the Irish and UK rights in April 2024, releasing the film June 3.
Deadline exclusively broke the news of the casting and project ahead of the Cannes Film Festival in 2023. The film is based on the best-selling book by Sophie Cousens.
It follows Minnie Cooper (Cookson) and Quinn Hamilton (Laviscount) as they reunite after their shared birth date, Jan. 1. Quinn, in fact, was the first baby born of the new year, and Minnie has always resented him because he took her name.
