Sir Rod Stewart said his final goodbye to his beloved big brother Bob today as he was finally laid to rest.At the end of last year, the Maggie May singer announced that he sadly lost two of his brothers, Bob and Don, just weeks apart, and as Bob's funeral was held today in Islington, heartbroken Rod shared the order of service on Instagram. On the front was a photograph of Bob wearing a Scottish Football Association jacket with several medals proudly on display.

Rod went on to say his sibling was buried with a Rangers flag over his coffin as he was a die hard fan - opposite from the singer, of course, who is Celtic daft.Alongside the photo, Rod said his two "best mates" were gone within months.

He wrote: "I said Farewell to my Brother Bob today, with his coffin draped in a Rangers flag (life long Glasgow Rangers fan).

We loved our game days up in Scotland together. Now he joins Brother Don, rest in peace boys. Two of my best mates gone within just a few months."Back in November, devastated Rod announced the news of Bob's death to his 1.2million followers: "It’s with great sadness that I announce the loss of my brother Bob last night, who joins my brother Don on the great football pitch in the sky."I’ve lost two of my best mates in the space of two months.
