Sir Rod Stewart has responded after fans noticed he had an unusual lookalike. The Maggie May singer seemed to take the Twitter joke in good spirits, after an account shared a photo of a bunker in a hill surrounded by grass.

The grass on top of the bunker appears to resemble Rod's iconic spikey blonde hair, as the account wrote: "Rod Stewart is looking well".

The 77-year-old came across the hilarious comparison, and wrote: "F*** sake," alongside a laughing emoji showing he sees the funny side to his lookalike.
