Rochelle Humes defends 'unconventional Christmas' as she jets off on 12th trip of the year

Rochelle and Marvin Humes have jetted off to celebrate Christmas in the warmth of Dubai, but it’s left some fans questioning their decision to spend the time away from home.The pair are joined on the family vacay by their three young children, as the former Saturdays star posted a range of pics at the sunny beach. "Our unconventional Christmas has begun,” she told followers.

Although the comments were filled with praise, one follower commented: “Do you go away every year? I thought after building your lovely home you would of wanted to stay at home.” However, Rochelle was quick to respond, telling the follower: “Once it’s ready that might be a different story,” alongside a cry laughing emoji.

The couple had builders working on their “forever home” from the ground up, as they bought a pot of land. Whilst their dream home was being build the couple had been living in a stunning London mansion with their children Alai-Mai, Valentina and Blake.

Last month, Rochelle revealed they had finally made the move. "Made it guys, I'm in! That was a really full-on couple of days,” Rochelle told her followers via Instagram last month. "We're getting there, we're very much getting there," she said before confirming: "It's not a finished situation yet but it's only been a day." It’s been a busy year for Marvin and Rochelle.
