Rochelle Humes has made a candid admission about her children getting older as she prepares to celebrate her eldest daughter's birthday.

The singer-turned-TV presenter is a proud and doting mum to nine-year-old Alaia-Mai, Valentina, five, and two-year-old son Blake.

The former Saturdays star, who shared her adorable three children with her former JLS star-turned-DJ husband Marvin Humes, regularly shares updates into her family's world on social media and has now opened up more about the feeling of watching her children growing up so fast.
