Robin Williams’ daughter Zelda says she finds anniversary of star’s death ‘simply too much’ in candid post

metro.co.ukRobin died by suicide aged 63 on 11 August six years ago in 2014. Ahead of his anniversary, Zelda, 31, explained that she will be taking the day off social media, as the world remembers her famous father as it can be especially hard for her.
In a statement she posted online, Zelda was honest with fans as she admitted, while constantly touched by the messages she receives about her dad, she can sometimes feel ’emotionally buried’ by others paying tribute to Robin.
Zelda wrote: ‘Tomorrow is dad’s death anniversary. As always, I will not be here. ‘It’s hard for me on regular, good days to remain the person expected to graciously accept the world’s need to share their memories of him and express their condolences for his loss.’â¥ï¸.
