Robert Pattinson of The Batman fame and Dune's star Zendaya are set to take the lead in Dream Scenario director Kristoffer Borgli's upcoming A24 film, The Drama.

According to Deadline, the plot revolves around a romance that takes an unexpected twist just before the couple's wedding day.

Borgli is the brains behind the screenplay, while Midsommar's Ari Aster will produce through his Square Peg banner. Before this, Pattinson has another project lined up - a sci-fi flick titled Mickey 17, slated for release next January.

In this, he plays an 'expendable' character who joins a mission to colonise the icy planet Niflheim. When one version of Mickey dies, another comes to life.The film also stars Mark Ruffalo, Steven Yeun and Toni Collette, with Oscar-winner Bong Joon-ho at the helm.
