Robbie Williams said he was "tempted" to buy Blackpool Pleasure beach for himself. The singer has relocated his family to Switzerland where he has splashed out £24million on a gorgeous villa, just months after he revealed his plans to move there amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Admittedly the Take That star thought it was "mental" the people who Blackpool Pleasure beach wanted to sell the place to him.
During Alan Carr’s Life A Beach podcast, he said: "A mere 20 years later, the people that own Blackpool Pleasure Beach want to sell me Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
How mental is that?!" He went on: "I am tempted [to buy it]. It’s not ongoing, but I do fancy putting together a consortium of faces – and you [Alan] are one of those…" Robbie
