Robbie Williams' biopic Better Man is releasing in cinemas today (December 26) and the movie will delve into his life and career, as well as the hardships he's faced over the years.
The singer previously opened up about his indifference to life during his battles with addiction, candidly revealing that he "didn't care" if he died before ultimately seeking rehab.
The former Take That sensation, was the focus of a four-part documentary series on Netflix in November 2023. Throughout the docuseries, Robbie and his spouse Ayda Field, delved into his well-documented struggle with substance abuse in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Ayda recounted her alarming introduction to Robbie's addiction, remarking: "It was my entry into addiction." She observed that while Robbie's personality seemed unchanged, he would suddenly be ill while watching television, reports the Express.
