Rob Rinder says he 'loves' pal Rylan Clark and reveals how he makes him happy
ok.co.ukRobin Rinder professed his 'love' for good pal Rylan Clark as the TV star revealed why Rylan is such a good friend. The pair have grown closer since filming their new TV show Rob and Rylan's Grand Tour and have spoken of their friendship on Jamie Laing's Good Company podcast.
Appearing on the Made in Chelsea star's podcast Rylan opened up about his friendship with the former TV judge saying that the pair are 'true friends'.
On the same podcast Robert shard his feelings towards Rylan whilst talking the 'two-types' of friends, saying: "Real friendship is not the people who'll be there in the middle of the night, I mean the emergency services will do that for you." Describing Rylan's type of friendship, he said: "When thing's go really well, who can you telephone that's going to sit alongside you and celebrate with unfettered joy.That's who your mates are, right?" Since their popular new BBC show first aired earlier this year the pair have explored Venice, Florence and Rome during their travels across Italy.
Robert also admitted that his career could have taken somewhat of a different course if he had not seen one famous British actor out-perform him, saying: "I thought first day, I'd have a go at acting, because I'd had an alright time at the National Youth Theatre.
