Aberdeenshire. The 60-year-old man was discovered unwell by the side of the B9119 close to Lumphanan, near Aberdeen, at around 11.25am on Friday January 15.
Emergency services rushed to the scene, but tragically nothing could be done and the man was declared dead at the scene.
