Road rage van man filmed trying to drag learner driver from car

A van driver has been caught on camera trying to drag a learner driver out of their car. The shocking clip was filmed in Edinburgh on Monday morning.

The road rage incident took place in the cvity's Granton Road, with an eyewitness saying they were scared "for the safety of the driver and the instructor".The source said they saw a middle-aged man speeding down the road then cutting the learner driver off, likening the scene to 'a police chase'.Edinburgh Live reports the local, who filmed the end of the incident, said the angry male 'punched' and 'grabbed' at the learner's window before 'trying to drag them out the car'.The terrifying ordeal lasted just over a minute and brought traffic to a standstill on the road.

The source added: "He came screaming up the wrong side of the road at about 60mph to block the learner driver."I only managed to catch the second half but it started with him punching the window, and trying to rip the glass off as the window was being wound down."It is the worst road rage I've witnessed.

The learner driver was heading down the road when the black van came speeding down after the learner at around 60 mph and then cut in front of the learner like it was a police stop."He then decided to get out and start shouting at the learner’s side of the car and tried breaking and punching the glass off the window.
