What Rita hadn't taken into account was how low her window panes were and as she jumped up for the first sweat-inducing squat set.
Unfortunately, it was tears that were streaming down her face rather than sweat as the singer's head thumped into the pane above and left crumpled on the floor.
Rita was left holding her head in pain as she cried: "Ouch, ah why am I so stupid? I am losing my mind I am literally losing my mind, this is insane.
