Rio Ferdinand has urged two Manchester United players to leave the club this month to get first team football for the remainder of the season.
Anthony Martial has joined Sevilla on loan for the rest of the campaign after slipping down the pecking order at United, and Ferdinand believes Donny van de Beek and Jesse Lingard should also depart Old Trafford before the transfer deadline on January 31.
The duo have struggled for minutes this season under former boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and current interim manager Ralf Rangnick.
Van de Beek is rumoured to be attracting interest from Crystal Palace. Meanwhile, Lingard has been linked with moves to Newcastle and West Ham, having enjoyed a successful loan spell with the latter last season.
