Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has confessesd that he initially had doubts about Jose Mourinho signing Diogo Dalot. However, various talks with notable figures from United helped him to change his perspective.
Dalot has consistently featured in Erik ten Hag's preferred starting XI this season. Nevertheless, it took some time for the Portugal international to garner the trust of expectant Old Trafford admirers like Ferdinand.
The former defender revealed that he hasn't always been convinced that Dalot would succeed at United.
