The ladies of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power looked amazing at the show’s panel during the 2022 PaleyFest NY held at Paley Museum on Saturday (October 8) in New York City. Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Nazanin Boniadi, and Sara Zwangobani joined their co-stars Benjamin Walker, Daniel Weyman, Charles Edwards, and Leon Wadman at the event, just a few days after attending the show’s panel during NYCC.

During the weekend of events, showrunner J.D. Payne addressed criticisms that the show’s pacing was too slow.

He told The Hollywood Reporter that the pacing throughout the first season is about just right: “I hope that people can key in for the journey.” “A lot of blockbusters have a breakneck pace where you’re wheeled from one set piece to the next until it all collapses under its own weight,” he continued. “Tolkien will take his time and let you sink into characters, to a journey, and journeys can be hard in Tolkien.

I hope people will have the patience to settle in for a Tolkien epic.” Check out the season one finale teaser here! Click inside to see 25+ pictures of the Rings of Power cast at PaleyFest…
