Rihanna looked back on her experience becoming a mom for International Women’s Day. On Saturday (March 8), the 38-year-old “Diamonds” diva and mom to RZA, two, and Riot, one, celebrated the important day by sharing photos of herself in the delivery room after giving birth. Keep reading to find out more… In the photos, Rihanna is still in a hospital bed and is cradling her sons against her chest.

The first is from when she gave birth to RZA. In it, she’s wearing a few expensive pieces of jewelry. The second is from when she welcomed Riot, and she’s wearing a pair of pink sunglasses. “By far the most powerful thing I’ve ever done as a woman…my little miracles,” she wrote in the accompanying caption. “And yes I gave birth in pearls and sunglasses…don’t ask, a lot was happening.” Rihanna shares her sons with longtime love A$AP Rocky.

They recently joined her in the courthouse when A$AP was on trial in his felony assault case. A few days after their appearance, he was found not guilty.
