Galatasaray boss Okan Buruk has admitted Rangers full back Rıdvan Yılmaz is one of three players the Turkish giants are monitoring.
The international left back was signed by Giovanni van Bronckhorst in a £5.3 million deal from Besiktas in the summer, but he's had to be content at being a back-up for World Cup semi-finalist Borna Barisic and has made just two league starts since joining.
His agent, Necdet Ergezen, insisted last week Yilmaz was happy at Rangers and had no intention of returning to his homeland yet.
Rangers don't want to let the defender go either and the player himself ruled out a return to the Super Lig last month, insisting he's in Glasgow for the long haul and wants to make his mark under new boss Michael Beale.
