Richard Simmons has not been seen in public for eight years, but he’s not as reclusive as you probably thought.

The 74-year-old former fitness expert stopped teaching at his workout studio in February 2014 and has not been seen in public since then.

A new TMZ documentary is airing tonight on Fox and it gives an inside look at what Richard has been up to in the years since.
