Daniel Wroughton Craig (born 2 March 1968) is an English actor. After training at the National Youth Theatre and graduating from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 1991, Craig began his career on stage. Richard Madden now favourite to play next James Bond after odds slashed

Richard Madden is now the favourite to play the next James Bond at odds of 9-4, according to bookmaker Coral. The Bodyguard star, who donned a suit just like the spy agent at the premier of his new movie Eternal's on Monday, is now at the top of the favourites list to play James Bond.Richard previously was tipped at 33-1 last month.Also on the list is Tom Hardy, who is second favourite at 3-1, followed by Rege-Jean Page at 4-1.

Last month, Outlander actor Sam Heughan was also rumoured to take on the 007 agent's role from Daniel Craig and he previously admitted that he unsuccessfully went for the part.
