LONDON – Atlantic Records U.K. co-presidents Briony Turner and Ed Howard continue to ring the changes at the frontline Warner label, appointing Rich Castillo to the post of A&R director.Castillo joins Atlantic from Sony/ATV Music Publishing, where he held the position of senior director of A&R, signing Neave Applebaum, Pa Salieu, TMS, and Wayne Hector.His appointment is the second senior hire by Howard and Turner since they took over as co-presidents late last year, following the high-profile departure of Ben Cook.Their first leadership change was bringing in Liz Goodwin from Glassnote Entertainment as general manager.
