Real Housewives of Orange County star Kara Keough has shared a heartbreaking picture showing her cradling her baby son after his death.

The TV star, 32, who is the daughter of RHOC star  Jeana Keough, was left devastated after her little boy died in childbirth and she has now shared a poignant snap showing her and husband Kyle Bosworth holding their son.

She posted the picture to Instagram to mark three weeks since the tragedy, and it shows her holding her baby McCoy to her chest as Kyle grasped his hand.

Kara wrote: "You would have been 3 weeks old today. You would be 'waking up' and showing us more of you. "I would be getting the hang of being a mom of two.
