Real Housewives of Orange County star Kara Keough declared she felt "so lucky" to be expecting her second child in a heartfelt message just weeks before her son's death.

The TV star, 32, who is the daughter of RHOC star Jeana Keough, confirmed yesterday that her little boy had died in childbirth.

Kara and husband Kyle Bosworth, who are parents to a daughter named Decker, have been left devastated by the tragedy. It has now emerged that just weeks before the birth, Kara posted a sweet message online during the family's "last trip as a trio".

She declared her "heart and soul (and belly)" felt full as the whole family couldn't wait to meet her baby boy, who was named McCoy.
