Teddi Mellencamp has officially filed for divorce from her husband, Edwin Arroyave, and the details from the divorce documents are now public.

If you missed the news, over the weekend, the 43-year-old former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star announced the split on her social media. Teddi and Edwin married in 2011 and share 3 children – daughters Slate and Dove and son Cruz. Edwin is also dad to daughter Isabella from a previous relationship.
