The Strictly Come Dancing star, who took part in the show in 2017, opened up about his grief in a new interview with The Guardian, where he admits he’s unsure what his future holds, now his partner David is no longer here.
David died three months ago, after suffering from a long illness. Reverend Richard first met David in 2007, when David approached him after a sermon and he says from that moment, the pair instantly connected.
