The owners of a restaurant in Rochdale have been left 'devastated' after a fire broke out in the early hours of this morning.
A blaze broke out at The Waterside on Inghams Lane in Littleborough just before 1.30am, the fire service said. Four fire engines were sent to the scene.
Pictures taken this morning showed damage to the front of the building, with charring on the bricks. All of the windows at the front of the building had been left open. The Manchester Evening News understands that no-one was hurt in the fire. A post on The Waterside Restaurant Garden & Cabin Facebook page said the restaurant will now have to shut 'until further notice'.
