The start of the second half of Livingston’s clash with Rangers was delayed after home keeper Max Stryjek was pelted with snowballs.
In bizarre scenes, Livingston’s players did warm-up drills at the side of the pitch while a sole groundsman cleared the synthetic surface of the snow until he was later helped out.The second 45 minutes was meant to get under way at 1.03pm but didn’t begin until 1.13pm as Sky TV viewers were left to witness unusual pictures.Along with the rest of the players, Stryjek emerged from the tunnel and ran into his box.
But he soon started walking out of it again as Rangers fans playfully threw snowballs into his area. He complained to referee David Munro who then refused to get the game under way again.
