REO Speedwagon are going to “Take It On The Run” again this fall.The ’80s icons just announced they’re extending their 2024 tour with 11 new dates this November that will send them to venues all over the Midwest and South.At these fall gigs, Kevin Cronin and co.
will be joined by “Working For The Weekend” group Loverboy.And, while they won’t come to the Northeast in November, REO Speedwagon will hit Holmdel, NJ’s PNC Bank Arts Center on Thursday, Aug.
1 on their summer tour with Train and The Yacht Rock Revue.In total, the “Can’t Stop Loving You” quintet has a whopping 47 shows — some with Train, others co-headlining alongside Rick Springfield, a handful of solo gigs and now the Loverboy trek — lined up for the rest of the year.They’ll be going all out at each and every concert, too.“At this point in our careers there are those who choose to become complacent and rest on their past achievements,” Cronin shared on Instagram. “That attitude does not work for me.
