Procurator fiscal depute Tracy Wright told Paisley Sheriff Court: “Around 1.30pm on Saturday, September 10, both the accused and the complainer Wayne Kierstzen were within his home address.“The accused appeared to be upset at her husband and shouted at him to stay in another room.“He advised her that he was going to contact the mental health team due to her erratic behaviour.“Before Wayne left the property, the accused began to throw items around the property, with an item striking the living room door.“The accused phoned her husband, telling him to come home immediately or she ‘would kill him.’“Police were contacted at this point.“Wayne Kierstzen received a voicemail notification on his phone from the accused, who sounded angry.“She stated ‘You have five minutes to get back home with my bank card or I’m coming to my mums and I will kill you.’“Police heard this voicemail and they were informed by NHS24 staff that they had been contacted..“She was arrested, cautioned and charged and replied, ‘I didn’t mean to say that,
