James Bond stuntman Rémy Julienne has died at the age of 90 after contracting Covid-19. The talented movie star, who worked on hits including GoldenEye and For Your Eyes Only, died after a battle with coronavirus.

He had been hospitalised in the French town of Montargis and taken into intensive care where he had been put on a ventilator earlier this month.

A relative of Rémy has since confirmed that the French stuntman had passed away after battling the virus "What was bound to happen has happened.

He left us early in the evening (Thursday). It was predictable, he was on a respirator," his relative said. Rémy was known to have contributed to over 1,400 films and TV shows throughout his incredible career.
