His cause of death has now been confirmed as myocardial infarction due to coronary artery disease and hypertension by the Chief Medical Examiner's Office in Farmington, Connecticut, reports Page Six.
Myocardial infarction is also known as a heart attack and occurs when blood flow decreases or stops to a part of the heart. Coronary artery disease is a common but serious condition where the blood vessels supplying the heart become narrowed or blocked, and hypertension is when the pressure in the blood vessels is unusually high.
