Regeneration chief eyes ‘prize’ of huge Northern Gateway employment site for Rochdale

Those opposed to the Places for Everyone strategy - which lays out where in the town houses and other developments can be built - point to the fact the borough has enough sites to build the homes it is forecast to need between now and 2037 - bar a few dozen units.
