Rebel Wilson has undergone an incredible transformation over the last couple of years. The actress, who turned 41-years-old on Tuesday, has lost an incredible 66lbs (4 stone 7lbs) after completely overhauling her lifestyle, and now looks completely different to how she did at the start of her career.

In those days, her weight became part of her fame, and was even mocked as part of some of her film roles. Her post famous character, Amy in the Pitch Perfect series, even called herself 'Fat Amy'.

When Amy introduced herself in the first film, another character asked why she called herself that. "So twig b*****s like you don't do it behind my back," she said.
