The Pitch Perfect actress, 40, has lost a staggering amount of weight since the beginning of this year, and credited their intimacy for helping with her weight loss as she told her fans she is getting plenty of "exercise" with the billionaire.
She has shed three stone in weight since January after vowing to make 2020 her "year of health". Rebel shared a selfie with Jacob, 29, on her Instagram from their recent trip to Monaco last month. "We do a lot of exercise together," she cheekily wrote in the caption with a tongue face emoji.
