Rebel Wilson confided in fans about her calorie counting she uses to lose weight. The great and the good of the showbiz world were in awe when the Hollywood actress, 40, lost almost three stone.
Already she's reached her goal weight after she kept to her strict calorie count and workouts. She told fans on Instagram live: "I do try to stay under 1,500 calories, because again of my body type." Rebel confessed she had to keep her daily calorie allowance under 1,500 if she wanted to lose weight in that week.
She elaborated: "If I wanna lose weight in that week, I kinda have to stay under the 1,500 each day." Now that she's at her dream weight, Rebel has relaxed her counting calorie measures.
