The 59-page documents were filed to the court by the WAG's lawyers on Tuesday as part of her ongoing court case with Coleen Rooney.
In them, her lawyers claim Rebekah felt "pressured" into the remark and "has apologised" to Peter in the years since. Now married to Leicester City ace Jamie Vardy and a mum-of-three, Rebekah was just 22 when she spoke to The News Of The World in 2004 about her night of passion with the star.
