Reba McEntire and Darius Rucker have been tapped to host the 54th annual CMA Awards. The Country Music Association said Monday that the duo — both of whom are previous CMA Awards winners — will host the show, airing live from 8-11 p.m.
ET on Wednesday, Nov. 11, from Music City Center in downtown Nashville. This will mark McEntire's fifth time as CMA Awards host and Rucker's first.
CMA CEO Sarah Trahern said of the pair: "Their playful chemistry and genuine warmth are exactly what we know our viewers want to see this year.
We look forward to bringing fans a night of celebration, live performances and a television experience unlike any other. We cannot wait to share more details about our show in the coming weeks." Nominations for CMA Awards.
