It was announced last month that Stephen would join Holly Willoughby as a presenter on the ITV skating competition following Phillip Schofield's exit.
The former This Morning star initially planned to continue working with ITV, however, he resigned altogether after admitting to an "unwise but not illegal" affair with a younger employee.
