Melissa Benoist and Chris Wood are set to work together again! The real-life married couple met on the set of The CW’s Supergirl and now they’re booked to headline the upcoming NBC TV show Duo, which will showcase their musical talents. Melissa previously starred in the Broadway musical Beautiful: The Carole King Musical and was a series regular on Glee while Chris starred on Broadway in the musical Almost Famous. Chris wrote the script for Duo and Rina Mimoum is set as showrunner. Rina previously worked with Melissa on the Max series The Girls on the Bus.
